The University of Lagos releases their post utme form for candidates who choose the school and score above 200 points in Jamb to apply.
Candidates should click
http://applications.unilag.edu.ng/PostUtme/ to print their payment advice so as to be able to pay the form fees at any bank located inside the school. The form is approximately 5000 naira and bank charges inclusive.
